In 2018, Mike Radich, CPA, MST founded Camelback Advisory + Consulting to offer a hands-on, client-first alternative to large corporate accounting firms. After more than 20 years serving the Pittsburgh area, Mike saw that small businesses and real estate investors needed deeper relationships—not just transactions. His vision: create a boutique accounting firm where every client benefits from both advanced technology and personal attention from a credentialed principal.
Since then, Camelback has helped hundreds of clients achieve clarity and confidence, growing into a trusted partner for the North Hills and beyond.
